We offer event management, outdoor catering and corporate event services. Tell us whether you need one service or a combination, and we’ll discuss a scope around your occasion.
Which cities do you serve?
Coroa Events serves Lahore, Islamabad and Multan. Include the city and proposed venue in your enquiry so we can discuss the arrangements for your location.
How do I enquire about an event?
Use the enquiry form on our home page or email Support@coroaevents.com. Share your city, occasion, preferred date and estimated guest count. Include any ideas or priorities you already have.
What is the connection with Veranda Noir and HOD?

Planning your occasion
Can I enquire about outdoor catering only?
Yes. Outdoor catering is one of our services. Share the location, date, guest count and serving style you have in mind so we can discuss the catering you need.
Do you manage corporate events?
Yes. We offer corporate event services. Tell us the purpose of your gathering, the city, guest count and any presentation, catering or event management requirements.
Can I share reference images or a particular theme?
Yes. Describe the atmosphere, colours and details you like in your enquiry. When we follow up, you can share reference images to help us understand your ideas.
Can you discuss dietary requirements?
Include any dietary requirements or allergies in your catering brief. We’ll discuss what can be accommodated before the menu and service are agreed.
How far in advance should I enquire?
Enquire as soon as you have a proposed date, especially if it is fixed. Availability and preparation time depend on your event’s location, size and scope.
Quotes & booking
How much will my event cost?
Pricing depends on the services, guest count, location and details of the event. Share your brief and any budget you have in mind so we can discuss a suitable scope and quote.
Does submitting an enquiry reserve my date?
An enquiry starts the conversation. Your date and booking are confirmed only after availability, scope, pricing and booking terms have been agreed with Coroa Events.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Payment schedules, deposits, changes and cancellation terms are discussed with your event proposal. Please review and agree to those terms before confirming your booking.
